Maintenance Department

Image Air's Maintenance Department has a solid reputation for service excellence and expertise.  We are an authorized Service Center for DLX Jet Prop and Socata, and have extensive experience with Piper, Pilatus, and Cessna.  Director of Maintenance, Pat Beaty, has over FORTY years with us in maintenance.  He leads our team of qualified, experienced professionals who can provide all of the vital services for your aircraft.

An aircraft represents a major financial investment.  We provide all the vital services that protect your investment.  When maintenance is due, there is no alternative to having qualified, experienced people on your side.

5 IA's with over 75 years combined Malibu/Mirage experience.
Computerized aircraft history capability including all AD's and SB's.
 Custom designed inspection programs and annuals.
 Power Pac spoiler installations.
 Radar pod installations and pod erosion boots.
 Installation center for RAM, STC'd alterations, STC'd TSIO-550-C engines.
STC approved outboard fuel caps.
 Engine analyzer installations with Tanis Heater Integration.
 Dynamic propeller balancing.
 Digital tachometer and volt/ammeter installations.
 Pressure vessel leak testing.
 TCM factory trained fuel-system set up and analyzing.

In addition to being an authorized service center for DLX Jet Prop and Socata aircraft and we also have extensive Piper, Pilatus, and Cessna experience.  We also maintain, King Air's, Learjet series 20 & 30 and Citation aircraft.  If you need service, either routine or unscheduled maintenance, we can do it.

Our maintenance department is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST)  This helps get your aircraft back in the air faster.   In addition, we always have a mechanic on call for nights or weekends if the need arises.

We will put your aircraft into our computerized maintenance tracking system to help schedule your maintenance more effectively.

Our extensive parts inventory and industry contacts means that when your aircraft needs a part, we either have it for you or can get it overnight.
